brings you the peace of mind to be able to get the most from your Mercedes-Benz experience, each and

every day. Your M-Class is Tele Aid-ready and only requires a few moments to subscribe for and activate

service. Your Mercedes-Benz dealer can get you started through this simple process so Tele Aid is there

for you whenever you need it.

Making the connection in your vehicle.

Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid makes connecting easy with three buttons in your vehicle—the SOS, Wrench,

and i-Buttons. Simply push the button you need and you will be put in contact with the appropriate

Mercedes-Benz Response Personnel or service. The Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid system automatically trans-

mits information about the vehicle and its location.

SOS Button

Push the SOS Button to have us contact emergency services if you need help

or see someone that does. Additionally, when an airbag or seatbelt Emergency

Tensioning Device is deployed, the vehicle automatically notifies the Tele

Aid Response Center.

If voice contact cannot be established with you or if

you request assistance, emergency services will be notified.

i-Button

Push the i-Button to get information — about your vehicle’s systems, for

directions, or to access a range of traffic and destination services. With

the Mercedes-Benz Concierge

package, the i-Button also connects you to the

Mercedes-Benz Concierge, who can assist you by recommending hotels,

making reservations, even ordering gifts.

Wrench Button

Push the Wrench Button for roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, run

out of gas, see a warning light on your dash or for help with other mechanical

issues, service personnel can be dispatched to assist.

Connections that drive you.

First year’s Mercedes-Benz Tele Aid Package provided at no additional cost.

Mercedes-Benz Concierge is available at additional cost. Subscription Agreement

required for system to be active. Service operates only when cellular and Global

Positioning System coverage is available.

Service operates only where cellular and Global Positioning Satellite system coverage

are available.

Concierge service available only in Mercedes-Benz Concierge Package. Route

Assistance use included as part of Mercedes-Benz Concierge Package. Additional per

use charge applies when used with Tele Aid Package. See your dealer for details.

Roadside Assistance repairs may involve charges for parts, service and towing.

Vehicle must be accessible from main roads. Depending on the circumstance, these

services may be provided from an outside service, courtesy of Mercedes-Benz

Roadside Assistance. Every attempt will be made to assist a customer, however;

circumstances such as restricted roadways, acts of nature, and vehicle accessi -

bility may limit our ability to provide services to you. For full details of Sign and

Mercedes-Benz Search & Send

is a new and convenient way to plan

your trip destinations ahead of time. Using familiar Yahoo!

Local

Maps and Google

Maps web sites, you can search for a destination

online, then send it right to your Mercedes-Benz.

Once you are in your vehicle, simply push the i-Button and your

destination will be downloaded directly to the vehicle’s navigation

system. You will be prompted to either start route guidance

immediately, or save the information for later use in your navigation

memory. Instead of spending time inputting data into your navi-

gation system, your destinations will be available whenever you

need them.
